The sung Mass parts (Kyrie, Gloria, Holy Holy Holy, Mystery of Faith, Lamb of God) usually stay the same for a whole season.
Auto-fetched the moment a date is set — NABRE comes from bible.usccb.org (the U.S. Lectionary) and other translations come from bible-api.com using the same citations. Switch translations to re-fetch in that translation. Use the button to refresh manually. All fields are editable.
Organ prelude/postlude and the congregational hymns are the same at every Mass — type the title and composer once here. Anthems (the only music that differs per Mass) have their own section below; the sung Mass parts live under Service Music above.
Drop the licensed notation (from OneLicense — TIFFs are converted automatically) onto each hymn with Attach notation and it prints right in the booklet. With no image attached, the booklet reserves a blank paste area instead.
Enter each anthem once — title and composer — and check the Masses where it will be sung. Use Add anthem for additional pieces.
All uploaded notation images (PNG, JPG, TIFF — TIFFs convert to PNG automatically, white margins are trimmed). Use the Print in dropdown on each image below to choose where it prints in the booklet, or use the Attach notation buttons in Service Music and Shared Music. Note: after a page reload, uploads can take a moment to appear in this list (hit Refresh) — newly uploaded files always show immediately.

FINAL marks the version actually printed — the last PDF export for that week. Everything else is a working draft.
Upload notation images (PNG, JPG, TIFF — TIFFs are converted automatically) plus any audio / PDF / score files you want on hand. Files are reusable across every booklet — pick them in the Editor's Files Referenced section.
Click to upload a file — images (PNG, JPG, TIFF), audio, PDF, MusicXML, MIDI, doc. On the hosted site keep files under ~4.5 MB.
How often each hymn was actually printed. Counted from PDF exports — one per liturgical week, using the last export of that week (drafts and re-exports do not double-count).
These print on the cover (under the Mass times). Leave blank to omit.
Reused across every worship aid. Leave any field blank to skip.
These appear on every booklet's cover. The logo (PNG/JPG, transparent background recommended) replaces the default cross. Standing tagline appears under the parish name.

When enabled, drafts must be submitted for review and approved by the pastor before they can be exported as PDF.
